My career began with Hill International, later acquired by Compel, where I spent 13 years developing my expertise in network infrastructure and communications. I then worked for Steria Plc before joining Northumbria University as a Network Engineer, responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the University's IT network.

In 2016 I joined Multiconnect as a partner and became Joint Director in 2020 when the company became a limited business. I'm passionate about building strong client relationships, supporting our team and delivering high quality solutions that our customers can rely on.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and walking our dog Rosie. I'm a Newcastle United supporter and season ticket holder. When I'm not at St James' Park you'll usually find me keeping fit at the gym, or enjoying a round of golf whenever I get the chance.

Hi, I'm Steve, Electrical Director at Multiconnect. With over 23 years of experience in the electrical industry I've worked across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors, leading projects and delivering high quality electrical solutions.

My career has included roles with Veal Nixon, SMT, running my own electrical company and working as a Project Engineer for Donguard. I joined Multiconnect as Electrical Manager in October 2023 and was proud to become Electrical Director in October 2025.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and family and walking our dogs. I also coach a local Under 13 girls' football team, spend weekends supporting my children in their football activities, follow Newcastle United and enjoy keeping fit at the gym.

Hi, I'm Lisa, and I'm the Office Manager at Multiconnect. I first joined the company three years ago on a part time basis, and since then my role has grown to cover a wide range of responsibilities including accounting, HR, health and safety training and managing our BigChange system to help keep the business running smoothly.

Before joining Multiconnect I trained as a teacher and graduated in 1997 with a BA (Hons) in Education with Qualified Teacher Status. I've now spent 29 years teaching, a career that has given me strong organisational, communication and people management skills that I bring into my role every day.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family and taking long walks with our much loved dog, Rosie. Rosie is also our company pet and can often be found in the office, making sure everyone is behaving themselves and keeping the team in line. When I'm not working you'll usually find me horse riding, at the gym, enjoying a relaxing spa day, or indulging in a little retail therapy whenever the opportunity arises.

Hi, I'm Dave. I have a background in engineering and hold a First Class Degree in Electronic Systems. Over the years I've gained extensive experience in electrical installation, inspection and testing, while also progressing through senior engineering and estates management roles with responsibility for health and safety compliance.

I previously served as a Senior Authorised Person (LV) within a healthcare estates environment, ensuring the safe operation and compliance of critical electrical systems. Today I provide health and safety and compliance support to Multiconnect, helping to manage CDM compliance, conduct incident investigations and implement effective risk management processes. My focus is on reducing risk, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring clear accountability across all projects.

Outside of work I enjoy weight training and dancing, which help me stay active, focused and balanced.

Hi, I'm Matty, and I'm a Data Installation Supervisor with 28 years of experience in the industry. Throughout my career I've worked on a wide range of projects, installing, terminating and testing copper and fibre optic cabling, as well as containment systems in environments including universities, hospitals, commercial buildings and other complex facilities. I've been part of the Multiconnect team for the past six years and take pride in sharing my knowledge, supporting our engineers and helping to deliver high quality projects for our clients.

Outside of work I have a keen interest in bird watching and wildlife photography, and I enjoy spending time outdoors capturing nature whenever I get the chance. I'm also a fan of football and boxing and enjoy keeping up with the latest matches and events. Whether at work or in my spare time, I appreciate the value of patience, attention to detail and continuous learning.

I've been with Multiconnect for the past six years and take pride in supporting our teams, sharing my experience and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Outside of work I'm a lifelong Newcastle United supporter and rarely miss the chance to follow the Magpies. I also enjoy getting outdoors and spending time walking my two spaniels. When I'm relaxing you'll often find me watching UFC and keeping up with the latest fights.

Hi, I'm Kirk, and I'm a Data Installation Supervisor at Multiconnect. I've spent the last six years with the company, gaining extensive experience installing, terminating and testing both copper and fibre optic cabling, as well as working with a wide range of containment systems. During my time here I've enjoyed taking on new challenges, supporting project teams and helping to ensure our work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Outside of work I'm passionate about sports and staying active. I enjoy football, boxing and keeping up with Formula 1 throughout the season. You'll also find me in the gym regularly, and more recently I've taken up golf and am enjoying the challenge of learning a new sport.

I'm a Data Installation Engineer with two years of experience installing, terminating and testing both copper and fibre optic cabling, as well as working with a variety of containment systems. Before joining Multiconnect I worked in domestic construction, gaining experience in bricklaying, plumbing, roofing and painting and decorating. Working across different trades gave me a strong practical skillset and a good understanding of the construction industry, which I now bring to my role in data installations.

I have four years of experience working across domestic, commercial and industrial electrical installations, gaining hands on experience on a wide range of projects.
